Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order if your order has not been shipped. Please contact us at customerservice@bearfruitjewelry.com with your order number.
Can I change my billing/shipping address after I have placed an order?
A: Once an order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email, it is not possible to change your billing address. Please contact us at customerservice@bearfruitjewelry.com for further assistance.
If I order something that is no longer in stock what will happen to my order?
A: During extremely busy periods, it is possible to place an order for a product which may have gone out of stock. In this case, we will notify you via email if the product is out-of-stock. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I use multiple coupon codes at the same order?
A: Only one coupon code can be activated per transaction. If there are any troubles with your coupon code, please contact us through customerservice@bearfruitjewelry.com.
Can I apply my coupon code after I placed my order?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot apply a coupon code once you placed an order. However, if the item has not been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order so you can place an order again with your coupon code.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date. If we are unable to process your order due to incomplete payment information or out of stock item(s), it may take up to an additional 5-10 business days to process and ship.
How do I track my order?
A: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. To track an order on the website, visit the Order Status page and enter your order number, email address and billing zip code. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.
The site is telling me it can’t be delivered to my location.
A: Please send us your shipping address to customerservice@bearfruitjewelry.com. If the address you provide us is unavailable, we will send an invoice to you, which will allow us to proceed with your order and send the items directly to you from the warehouse.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn or defective merchandise purchased from Bearfruit Jewelry Online Store(www.bearfruitjewelry.com) or on-site Retail stores within the first 30 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund (Original Shipping fee is not refundable). Photographed or Scanned Receipt must be emailed as a proof to customerservice@bearfruitjewelry.com
My Bearfruit Jewelry has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?
A: Every product undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers, and we regret that your product slipped past our quality measures. Please contact us at customerservice@bearfruitjewelry.com for further assistance.
When will I receive my refund?
A: From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 5-8 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return.

How should I care for my Bearfruit Jewelry?
A: We highly recommend that customers remove jewelry before participating in any physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh environments or chemicals will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.
How should I clean my Bearfruit Jewelry?
A: Gently wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth and store in an air-tight jewelry box. Please do not use any alcohol or chemical to clean your jewelry.
How can I have my jewelry repaired?
A: Please contact us by sending a picture of the broken or defective jewelry through customerservice@bearfruitjewelry.com. Please allow us a few days to analyze your jewelry and let you know through email whether your jewelry can be fixed.
